Darlene compassionately guides you to achieve your full potential by integrating your mind, body and spirit to live in peace and joy.
Her mantra is "healthy individuals make healthy communities".
Darlene's university degree in education, ethics, science, combined with her experience on a hospital ethics committee, in birthing rooms, hospice, and teaching, provides you with the right tools to enable you to make healthy decisions for you, your family, and this world.

She has over 20 years experience in various energy healing arts. An aromatherapist, Pangu Shengong moving form teacher, Reiki (Usui and Karuna) master, and yoga teacher she shares energy based approaches to empower her clients and students. Darlene's rewards are her numerous students.
She has a background in environmental policy and legislation receiving the Northwest Territories Premier's award for collaboration on legislation respecting wildlife. She currently serves on a local Mayor's task force on Healthy Water Sheds and Climate Change and is a "green citizen" award recipient and Master Gardener. Through her local Wellness Center she is the community garden facilitator and co-facilitator of an "Energy for Wellness" program.
